The Ninja Ranch team originally started with break dancer Jonathan Cunanan responding to a craigslist ad posted by Cory Dzbinski that highlighted the (then ANW Compound) Ninja Ranch.  Jonathan came in as a strong competitor and quickly became a regular at the ranch.  Shortly thereafter the third and fourth members became the electrician athlete Laurence Penera and acrobat Nir Halfon.  Navy Commander Dane Walker soon followed as number 5 and Total Gym CEO Jesse Campanaro the 6th.  After coming from out of nowhere and winning his second ever ninja competition, Technician Sean O'Rouke was invited to the team as number 7.  Showing a strong improvement after her first competition and a firey passion for American Ninja Warrior, Sports Trainer Paige Chapman was invited to complete the team.  American Ninja Warrior veteran and professional athlete Selena Laniel brought many years of experience to the team as number 9.  Mason Thermond was finally added to the team as member number 10.

This humble, friendly team of athletes love to meet new competitors and help others on the way to their goal.  The close-knit team element keeps everyone working hard and performing their best.  Each athlete has their own strenghs that fills in the gaps and makes each teammate better. Look for this exciting team of competitors on this and upcoming seasons of American Ninja Warrior on NBC!
